“I’m sorry.”

“I’m sorry” a simple but difficult sentence to make.

What’s harder than that sentence? The ability to forgive those who are truly sorry.

It doesn’t mean forgetting what has happened.

For those words and actions seep deep inside,

Leaving hidden scars,

That can only be healed over time.

It means having the strength to break free of the pain and hurt.

It allows you to find peace within yourself.

To move on in life, without the burdens of the past holding you back.
